Yahoo! Uses Roamer for Research

Research scientist Siddharth Suri has been conducting online experiments for the Human & Social Dynamics group at Yahoo! Research. He's using Amazon's Mechanical Turk service and Roamer to gain insight into human behavior.

The experiment is called "the Investment Game" and it explores how friends can affect a person's behaviors. You can find out more about it on the Investment Game project page.

Constellation Roamer has quite a bit of flexibility in terms of customization so it fits the needs of the experiment out-of-the-box. This is just another example of the diverse and interesting ways in which graph visualization interfaces can be used.
