These are visualizations that were built using Constellation Framework. The customizations can be made by Asterisq or you can purchase a license for Framework and implement them yourself.
The Wotnews website uses Constellation to visualize the relationships between companies and directors. Their implementation includes a zoom control, custom layout physics, and a look and feel designed to fit in with the rest of their web application. Wotnews also takes advantage of a Javascript interface for tighter coupling of the visualization's state with their webpage.
The Chevron Careers visualization is used to explore a tree of college degrees and career opportunities. This implementation uses custom node and edge renderers, smoother physics, and custom forces that make it easier to navigate the hierarchy: the parent of the selected node tends to the top left and the children to the bottom right.
This Facebook visualization allows users to explore their friends' interests and favorite books, music and movies. Some features of this implementation are different styles for different node types, zooming and auto-fitting controls, and custom node filters.
The applications above make great use of the flexibility of the Constellation Framework library. However, there is a lot more potential for customization. To find out more about what Framework is capable of, check out the feature list.
